Kathy worked her way up from the bottom to a director-level role, but she was feeling dissatisfied with the role. Owning a franchise has provided Chip with a sense of control and stability that he did not feel in his previous jobs. Former Corporate Event Planner and Software Implementer, Cindy Ecleberry experienced a change of heart during the COVID-19 Pandemic. She was not sure where her future would go, but she was sure she did not want to go back to the corporate environment. With The Entrepreneur’s Source, she found excellent training on coaching techniques, a proven system, and her own personal coach.
