The Entrepreneur’s Source Named a Top Franchise for Veterans by Franchise Business Review

Independent Research Data Shows Veteran Franchise Owners Are Highly Satisfied with The Entrepreneur’s Source Performance

The Entrepreneur’s Source was identified by independent research firm, Franchise Business Review, as being one of just 80 franchise brands to be named an award-winning franchise in its 2021 report on the Top Franchises for Veterans.

“The Entrepreneur’s Source is North America’s leading career ownership organization, with more than 130 highly trained coaches helping people achieve their dreams of financial freedom nationwide,” said Terry Powell, Visionary Founder of The Entrepreneur’s Source®. “Our coaches help people at a crossroads in their career find a path forward.  The Entrepreneur’s Source is proud to support and offer our veterans the opportunity to become successful Career Ownership Coaches who possess a growth mindset and focus on creating possibilities and helping people achieve the American Dream,” said Terry Powell.  “Over the past several years, we have seen many veterans become highly successful Career Ownership Coaches due to their strong work ethic and motivation to succeed. Because of this, we look forward to each chance we get to add a veteran to our growing community of Career Ownership Coach franchisees.

TES offers franchisees excellent earnings potential, low investment, and low overhead. We offer flexibility to achieve work-life balance while making meaningful and satisfying contributions. Our coaches can work from any location without the responsibility of employees to manage. The average annual income for a TES coach exceeds $111,000, with the potential to earn more.

Jason Madden, Career Ownership Coach at TES says “It was important to me to meet with a franchisor who I felt truly cared about my success versus just wanting me to buy a business from them. With my first franchise, The Entrepreneur’s Source, I felt the team truly had my back, and loved the environment they fostered not only for their clients, but franchisees as well. I also loved the fact that they have continuous training programs that help us keep up with the ever-changing world around us so we can better serve our clients.”  Read more about how Jason leverages Military Skills with The Entrepreneur’s Source.

Franchise Business Review, a market research firm that performs independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ranking of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. Franchise Business Review publishes rankings of the top franchises in its annual Guide to Today’s Top Franchises, as well as guides throughout the year ranking the top franchises in specific sectors.

To identify the companies on the list of the best franchises for veterans, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from over 2,500 franchise owners, representing nearly 280 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.

The Entrepreneur’s Source franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.

“Franchising needs more business owners with the leadership skills and resilience of veterans, but the reality is that very few of the thousands of franchise opportunities available today are rated highly by their franchise owners,” said Eric Stites, founder & CEO of Franchise Business Review. “We are committed to helping prospective franchisees get an objective view of the best franchise opportunities, based on the actual performance and satisfaction of franchise owners. The 80 companies named in this year’s report on the Top Franchises for Veterans received the highest ratings from the veterans who own them on our independent satisfaction survey.”

The Entrepreneur’s Source survey data showed the following:

The top three areas that rate highly for our existing group of military vets are “franchisees being supportive of each other”, “franchisees being active in their community/company events”, and “training and support programs”. “Senior Management encourages a strong team culture” also came back highly for our military vet franchisees.
