Bob has been in the franchise industry for 25 years, specifically on the development side of franchising. He loves helping people realize their dreams of owning their own business – whether it’s their first business or their tenth. Having owned and operated several businesses himself, Bob thrives on helping great people strive for and reach their entrepreneurial goals. With more than two decades of experience, he has gained, garnered, and captured the expert status. He continues to learn more and more each day and believes that constantly learning is a means to continued success.

Prior to entering the franchise world, Bob worked for a large telephone manufacturing company. He parlayed that experience into joining a very small, Philadelphia-area emerging franchise brand that is the undisputed leader in their category.

Betsy comes to the Entrepreneur’s source with over 6 years of experience in business development, brand management, training, and systems development in the franchise industry.  As a franchise specialist, Betsy has an engaging, consultative approach to the discovery experience based on honest and thorough communication, relationship building, problem solving and trust. She has a passion for coaching and assisting future entrepreneur’s in empowering their dreams of business ownership.
