“I could pass away tomorrow, and my company would just find someone to replace me,” Jason recalls, a sentiment that echoed through his mind during those challenging times. The relentless swing shifts and 60-hour workweeks left him feeling like a bystander in his own life, robbed of precious moments with his family.

“I needed a change in my life,” Jason admits, reflecting on his journey. “For me, it’s not about whether you go into business; it’s about helping you uncover what’s next in your life,” Jason explains. “Because true success isn’t just about financial gain; it’s about living a life of purpose and fulfillment.”

The plant never closes, so I had to always be there. I just accepted it as the way it was. I used to meet my wife in the parking lot of the day care center, just so I could have a chance to see my daughter because I was working all the time. Now I get to make my daughter breakfast every morning and be there for her afterschool. This past Thanksgiving was the first year I got to be home and present on a holiday in a long time! I never imagined this type of flexibility and freedom would be possible.”
