They all want more for themselves and their families.

For Jared Smearman, corporate life left him feeling unfulfilled. He wanted to do something more meaningful and build a legacy. As a Navy veteran, he was committed to his community and wanted to help other veterans. He also had a love for dogs. Working with his TES Coach, he came to a point of clarity. When asked what he would do if there were no barriers, his reply was, “I would play with dogs all day. How do I make money doing that?” This set Jared on the path to owning his own dog training franchise, spending all day with dogs, even training service dogs for veterans. He is living out his dream while also accomplishing his Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, and Equity goals that his corporate career didn’t.
Sophia Gibbs found her career in the healthcare industry lacking as well. While she was successful and enjoyed her work, she wanted something new. The pandemic had given Sophia a new perspective, leaving her wanting to be more engaged in her family life and to have more flexibility. She wanted to support her community in new ways and create a legacy for her family. Working with her Career Ownership Coach®, Sophia realized she wanted to get back to the basics of customer service while creating lasting jobs for her community. Sophia is now the owner of two service-based businesses. Her children are involved, and she is providing useful and meaningful services to her community, as well as employment for her growing businesses.
