We begin with a 90-day training program that ensures you are comfortable and confident with our approach and processes — we won’t push you to engage with clients until you’re ready. We also make sure you have a strong network of peers to help you along the way as you brainstorm, share stories, combat challenges and find success together along your coaching journeys. Beyond that, our franchisees have live, ongoing virtual education opportunities, weekly calls with franchisors across industries, and an annual conference where the TES coaching network has an opportunity to reconnect and touch base on the latest happenings in Career Ownership Coaching®.

Our main goal is to support our coaches and help them achieve their goals — we want to pull people out of scarcity mindsets and steer them toward a mindset and lifestyle of abundance. As a Career Ownership Coach® with TES, you’ll have the opportunity to help others — and yourself — achieve self-sufficiency through business ownership.
