The Entrepreneur’s Source Commitment to Charity: How our Coaches Give Back
We’re all about giving back and lending a hand at The Entrepreneur’s Source®, North America’s leading business ownership and franchise coaching organization. The spirit of giving of oneself to help others is encouraged among our TES alternative career coaches. In their unique position, they are able to devote MORE personal time to their communities and causes than those who work for a corporate entity. All giving is good, but when you have the time to truly give of yourself, and not just a once a year blood drive at the office, for example, you become a real part of the fabric of providing for others.
In a recent survey among TES coaches, nationwide, the opportunities and charities supported are as varied as the coaches themselves. Take a look – here’s what our coaches do. They…
- Counsel at risk kids
- Fund-raise for high school sports
- Volunteer at food banks
- Cook meals for the homeless
- Organize multiple walkathons for Alzheimer’s Association
- Volunteer for “Dress for Success”, working with unemployed, underemployed women
- Serve as state president for Autism Speaks
- Volunteer for “Project Healing Waters” – helping military vets heal from physical and emotional wounds through fly fishing adventures
- Fund-raise for Humane Society
- Serve as team builder with Habitat for Humanity
- Work with children with Down Syndrome
- And so much more!
The list could extend past the bottom of this page, but you get the idea: coaches with The Entrepreneur’s Source® have a real heart for their community and people, because they are relationship builders, connecting with everyone around them, working to make lives better.
As a TES coach, you can have the same opportunities, and more of them, because you will have the time for service to others. Right now, you may not have that kind of flexibility. You’re working the same old “9-5,” trying just to carve out enough minutes to be with your family, let alone give back to others. It’s the “Battered Career Syndrome” – believing the dead-end career you are in right now will be the only one you have. But if you could have more say so over your career path, over your schedule, over your work-life balance, wouldn’t that be something you would want?
When you work for yourself as a TES alternative career coach, you will be able to connect with people who are looking for real guidance, support, and accountability, while helping them investigate the avenues to entrepreneurship for themselves. These seekers aren’t looking for a “transaction,” they’re looking for a relationship to help them make one of the most important decisions of their lives-and you can be the catalyst to help them do it!
Plus, as a TES coach, you can be fulfilled as well, enjoying the income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity (I.L.W.E.) you deserve. And you can have more time for your family, hobbies, and the kind of activities which can benefit others to whom you reach out. That, you can’t put a price on.
If you’re ready to work for yourself, in a fulfilling career, with greater opportunities, and the time/bandwidth to serve your community, then let’s get started! Learn more by visiting www.coachingisbooming.com.
