David Smith

Prior to joining TES, David enjoyed a diverse 20-year franchising career that included entrepreneurial and leadership roles with established franchise systems, emerging brands and start-ups. Since January 2017, he’s served as The Entrepreneur’s Source’s Strategic Integrator, making sure that our coaches have the tools they need to build a thriving practice by constantly enhancing our resources, prioritizing our biggest opportunities and ensuring the TES team remains steadfastly focused on helping them achieve success.

Kelly Allis

Kelly Allis comes to The Entrepreneur’s Source with 10 years of franchise experience as a national franchise business operations consultant. She has worked with initial startups and established franchise locations through franchise operations implementation and ongoing support. As a Performance Enhancement Coach at TES, Kelly works hand-in-hand with our coaches to provide ongoing support in all areas of their business to ensure they are ramping up quickly and achieving their Income, Lifestyle, Wealth, & Equity goals.

Marissa Frois

Marissa Frois is the Marketing Manager at The Entrepreneur’s Source, bringing over 10 years of experience in branding, marketing, market research, and client acquisition and support. She is committed to the success of all the TES Career Transition Coaches™ and their clients, and provides creative and cutting-edge marketing and technology resources to not only demonstrate the great value provided by the coaches, but to ensure that all coaches can utilize the most modern and innovative marketing techniques.

Justin Brogan

Justin Brogan has served as a Performance Enhancement Coach for TES in Southbury, CT since February 2018. From June 2014 to February 2018, Mr. Brogan was a multi-unit franchisee for Two Men And A Truck in Westchester County, NY, and Rockland County, NY, and earlier served as the Operations Director at their corporate office in Lansing, MI. Previously, Justin held operations management roles with Netflix and product distribution companies, and leadership roles in healthcare.

Susan Stilwell

As the Business Development Strategist at The Entrepreneur’s Source, Susan brings with her over 29 years of hands-on, comprehensive brand management, franchise development and business development experience for leaders in franchising across diverse industries. Susan oversees hundreds of emerging and established franchise brands for The Entrepreneur’s Source and provides coaching and education focused on driving results in franchise development.

Tamara Loring

When she came to the United States over 22 years ago, Tamara immediately felt the connection to the country, to its people, and to the American Dream. And then, she found The Entrepreneurs Source (or, really, it found her).

For over 16 years, Tamara has worked with coaches in various capacities – helping to launch their business, training them, providing ongoing support, or developing processes and systems to make the business stronger. No matter her role, she always takes it on in the spirit of helping people empower themselves and create a better future for themselves and their families.

Laura Granato

As Director of Training and Education, Laura brings over 10 years of experience in training, development, and ongoing education, with six of those years specifically focused in the franchising industry. She specializes in creating, enhancing and executing training programs for new franchise owners as well as in providing various methods of continued education for more seasoned franchise owners. Laura has a passion for assisting franchise owners by providing them the fundamental skills to ramp up their business and continue to hone their skills as their business grows.

David Floyd

David has nearly 10 years of experience in the franchising industry as both a franchisee and development professional. David left his career in corporate finance to pursue his dream of business ownership. After building and selling a very successful residential cleaning franchise, David purchased a second franchise in the hair care industry. It was during this time that David discovered his talent and passion for helping others to pursue their business ownership dreams. David has worked in a development capacity for multiple brands and is excited about utilizing his skills to expand the TES family.

Michelle Sudovich

As a Franchise Developer at The Entrepreneurs Source, Michelle brings over 10 years of experience. Her key role in franchising has been to develop and deploy strategies to partner with qualified individuals for nationwide expansion. Prior to entering the world of franchising, she spent most of her career in corporate environments performing various sales, marketing and business development roles with companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Arrow Electronics and CenturyLink. Her previous corporate experience allows Michelle to successfully relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds and at different stages in their career explore options and possibilities of becoming a Career Transition Coach™ with The Entrepreneurs Source.

Rita Veras

Rita has been involved in Franchise & Development for over a decade, with experience in various industries from Food and Beverage to Home-based Cleaning Services. She joined The Entrepreneur’s Source already having worked with franchisors that were part of the TES Franchise Referral Network where she developed successful franchise sales processes, participated in efforts to establish franchise promotions and awareness nationwide and worked along with TES coaches to properly inform the potential franchisees being presented to her as a Franchisor of the opportunities available to them. Recognizing the importance of coaching and franchise education, Rita is thrilled to be part of the TES development team.

Greg Cook, CFE

Greg is a former VP of Strategic Memberships & Advertising at the International Franchise Association (IFA) and comes to TES with 10+ years of franchising experience.  Greg is responsible for creating franchise development marketing programs for franchisor members and has helped hundreds of brands grow.  Greg has expert knowledge of franchising legal and legislative issues impacting franchising at all levels of government.

Kevin Stewart

Kevin Stewart is a Performance Enhancement Coach for the Entrepreneur Source. Along with over 20 years of experience in franchise support as the Director of Business Development and Team Support with FirstLight HomeCare and a Franchise Business Manager with Arby’s and Little Caesars Pizza, he has also been a franchisee with two different concepts. His professional experience has made him an expert in franchise tools and processes, including operations, business plan development, training, accounts, policies and procedures. A Graduate of Michigan State University, where he played baseball and earned degrees in Mathematics and Education, Kevin enjoys volunteering in his local Dallas, Texas community, coaching Little League baseball, and playing with his 2 dogs.

Todd Lamson

Todd, the Training and Education Strategist at The Entrepreneur’s Source, brings over 19 years of learning and development experience from both public education and successful organizations. Todd believes the most common theme among successful organizations is a dedication to developing and maintaining a strong culture rooted in collaborative, innovative, industry-leading associate training programs. Todd develops strong relationships and building interconnected client teams through empowerment, synergy and openness. Utilizing this methodology, with his disciplined focus on operations and execution, Todd is able to construct and launch uniquely creative programs to successfully implement among a diverse audience. Todd’s approach has led organizations to define and improve their learning strategies while carving a pathway to increased communication, efficiency, sales and profits.
