I love helping people realize their dreams of owning their own business – whether it’s their first business or their tenth. Having owned and operated several businesses myself, I thrive on helping great people strive for and reach their entrepreneurial goals. With more than two decades of experience, I have gained, garnered and captured the expert status. I continue to learn more and more each day and believe that constantly learning is a means to continued success.
My goal is to provide a positive and engaging discovery experience and help you find your way forward so you have a good understanding of our franchise model and the support you’ll receive as a franchise owner.

What You’ll Do
As a franchisee with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, your number one priority is to help your clients reach a point of clarity by creating a “safe space” for them to explore business ownership through our proven coaching methodology. As a Career Ownership Coach®, you eliminate concerns your clients encounter during their career transition by guiding them through an education, awareness and discovery experience to achieve self-sufficiency.
How You Make Money
As a Career Ownership Coach®, once your client reaches a point of clarity, our franchise members pay generous placement fees. Our franchise members greatly value our educational, non-sales-based coaching system. TES is a huge part of matching the most qualified clients with our franchise members system for successful partnerships.
The average yearly placement fees generated by a TES franchise in 2021 were $111,291. The highest-earning franchisee generated over $454,876.*
